Trouble latching on left

For the past couple of days I have had a really hard time getting DS 12 days old to latch on my left side. A few times I have gotten him to after about 5 minutes of fussing and fighting while others I just switch him to my right side and he latches immediately. In the beginning the left was the side he latched to easiest. Any ideas of suggestions?
