Issues after horrible engorgement

So when my milk came in about three days ago I was only able to feed on my left. My right got so big hard and painful to even touch that it took me two full days of working with it to even hand express a few drops. 

Now baby is 1wk and my left is full and produces amazing amounts since its the only one that was used for about 3 days straight, and now the right isn't engorged and does produce some but what it does produce is barely anything and the breast itself isn't full and I can't get baby to latch on.. My guess is because she isn't used to using that side but how do I get her comfortable on that side again and how do I get that one breast to produce more and even out with my left?
