strange rash

So I woke up with a red rash on my face. It doesn't itch but feels hot to the touch. Its mainly on my cheeks. I haven't changed any soaps. The only thing I can think of is we went to DD violin recital last night and it was windy and 20 below. Maybe its from the cold air last night? Hives would itch so I'm guessing not that. Ugh...whys it got to be on my face? Anyone else have this? I googled it but nothing suggested fits. Thanks.
