hygiene and breastfeeding question?

I am planning to breastfeed when I have children. But I have heard that some women don't use any chemicals while they are breastfeeding. They don't use deodorant, lotions, perfumes ect. I understand this because of the skin contact as well as the baby inhaling these things often through out the day while feeding. But how do you not stink? I mean we all have natural body odor but if you are using no smelly products how do you manage it? Do they create products that are organic without harmful chemicals that a BF mom could use instead.

Are there any of you who practice this?

What products do you use that are safe and still leave you smelling good?
