Mother's Milk Plus - How many pills

Hi all, 

I'm struggling producing enough milk that makes pumping worth the time and trying everything to help.  I bought some Mother's Milk Plus pills and I'm taking 6 total a day but I'm not seeing an increase. Does this mean I need to take more (at one time I was taking 9 Fenugreek pills a day) or does it mean that just isn't working for me.and I need to try something else?  I also wonder if I can take these plus fenugreek...any ideas or suggestions?
