3rd Trimester

Sleeping on right side...

January 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I keep waking up in the middle of the night on my right side. I slightly panic because I keep hearing your not suppose to. How big of a deal is it if I do end up on my right side?
I'm 30 weeks and don't want to harm my LO in any way but I guess I'm rolling around more than I think in my sleep.
