Removing creases in Bravado Body Silk pads?

I've been lurking here off and on my whole pregnancy and been picking up some info and tips along the way, but now I've got a question.

I bought nursing bras last week, including a Bravado Body Silk. I noticed the pads had pretty severe creases/wrinkles in them when I tried it on but thought some time out of the tight package would help them bounce back. The bra has been sitting out on my dresser for days now and the creases are not budging. They are super noticeable under clothes too. I googled and found some other complaining about this but no real solutions. Does anyone have any suggestions for removing the creases?
