Breastfeeding and pumping

I have a question about pumping. I have always fed LO only on one side. I have done that from day one with her. She is growing great and always seems to be full after eating. 

Normally with pumping I skip the side I am on, feed her and then pump on the side that I just skipped.

I think she has been going through the 3 month growth spurt and seems to want to eat more often and not satisfied so I have been offering both sides which she takes.

For everyone who feeds on both sides, when do you pump? How do you work it in with LO eating on both sides? I am trying to get a few bottles for this weekend when we will be out of the house and away from her for a few hours but can't figure out when to pump since she has been eating on both sides.
