Can't focus at work......

I feel so horrible. I love my job, I love the people that I work with, but I just can?t seem to focus my attention on what I?m supposed to be doing while I?m at work. My mind wanders constantly and is focused on my family, my home, my soon-to-be-newborn, how it will affect every facet of my life. I just can?t seem to focus on my job. I feel horribly guilty, and I know that no matter how much explaining I do to anyone here at my office, no one will understand. I want to work up until the time I give birth, I have to so that I can have as much time afterwards as possible. I?m just not sure how to re-turn my focus back to my work tasks while I?m here. I would rather do anything else but work right now, and I never use to be that way. I?m a horrible employee aren?t I?
