BF poop question

I nearly forgot about this!  My apologies in advance for gross poop discussion. 

My EBF DS's last two poops have been totally different consistency than usual and I'm curious if this is normal?  He is an every-other-day pooper, which isn't a problem at all.  He's not uncomfortable.

When he pooped two days ago and this morning it was thicker than usual and didn't have that mucus-y, cottage cheese look.  It was much thicker, almost like frosting.  It reminded me of formula poop, but he's not on formula at all.  We won't be starting solids for at least another 2 months.  Are poop changes normal?

Ok, I'm grossed out with all the food comparisons here.
