the check list for those moms not on their first pregnancy

So I was wondering when it comes to the pregnancy check list on here. Did you repeat any of the items that you did during the first pregnancy? I mean I don't see the need to doing another hospital tour, since I plan on delivering at the very same one I delivered the first time. And I'm sure there are some things that need to be repeated. Maybe it's the lack of sleep but I'm not sure what they are. I am nesting like crazy. and still need to purchase a infant car seat (unfortunately I donated a lot DS' baby stuff before we decided to have another child, not the best idea).
