Health question

I know none of you are probably doctors, but I'm 11 weeks and 4 days an today I have been really lightheaded and dizzy. Anytime I stand up I lose my vision for like a minute or so an I have to hold onto something to keep my balance and after I can start to see again I start to have trouble breathing and have to use my inhaler. It feels like there is a film in my throat like when I swallow my spit it gets stuck. I don't know I I'm being paranoid or what. I had high blood pressure with my son during the end of my pregnancy with him but other than that nothing serious. Any advice?
