body pillow vs pg pillow

Does any have or plan on using a pregnancy pillow like the snoogle? I have hip issues to begin with, and the past few days my hips and lower back have been killing me. It feels like siatic pain and it's worse on my left side, which is usually the side that bothers me. I feel like an old lady!

I have a body pillow from Walmart, that I spent $10 on, but it's really long (I'm a shorty) and bulky and I don't really feel like it's doing any good. Is it worth it to go and buy a snoogle? They're pretty pricey. Also, can they be used as a nursing pillow after birth or would you just sell it? Any words of wisdom/advice, especially about this hip pain would be greatly appreciated! TIA ladies!
