when to pump?
This lack of sleep thing is killing my ability to learn and strategize...
My supply is still low after 5 weeks. LC says only way to increase is double pumping. I do, but many times it seems pointless. When is the right time?
Right after feeding, I have to do formula, then burp and keep upright for 20 min, so not then. Before feeding seems like it would rob baby of my milk! I could feed what I pump, but then its turned into only pumping...so confused. Should I be pumping exactly in between feedings for max refill?
if it helps, I get about 20 ml if I skip a feeding, and less than 10 if I follow a feeding.
