always worried

Hi all, 

 

Is anyone else worries all the time?  So far I have had no big problems minus a little spotting in the beginning, but I have seen the baby 2 times and the doctor says everything looks excellent.  I will be 11 weeks tomorrow, but I live in fear of something going wrong.  I was up all night because I noticed that my boobs were not sore (which has been a very consistent symptom for me).  I am not usually so anxiety ridden and it is stressful!

I have a doctor appt tomorrow so I am hoping she can help ease my mind a little, but it would be nice to know that I am not the only one who feels crazy!  How is everyone else doing???
