pump too strong?
In my continuing saga of finding a breastpump that works, I am using a rented Medela Lactina at the moment. But it hurts!! On the lowest setting on the cylinder part, it is too strong for the letdown phase, where I do better with lower levels of suction. I can usually turn it up a little after that. Today, the first day I've had a chance to pump 3x at work instead of 2x , my nipples are really sore on my 3rd pumping session when I turned on the pump at the lowest setting.
Is there some way to make the suction even lower?
