The flu is killing my milk supply!

I came down with the flu on Friday, and over the last few days I've seen a serious decline in my milk production even though I'm feeling better. I'm getting about an ounce less per pumping session than I was getting previously.

I EP and had just dropped down to 5 pumps per day to get roughly 24 ounces per day. Will my supply come back on its own once I'm over this bug or am I going to have to go back to 7-8 pumping sessions per day to bring my supply back up?? I really really hope it just comes back... it takes me 45 minutes to fully empty my breasts with a pump and it was absolute misery trying to do that 7-8 times per day.
