When does baby get to the hindmilk?

Anyone know approximately after how long of active sucking and swallowing the baby has gotten to the hindmilk? Any tricks at knowing when baby's done with the first breast and it's time to offer the second breast? I'm never sure when LO pops off if it's because she's full or needs to be burped or repositioned. I'm guessing after 15-20 minutes, it's okay to move on to the second breast - does that sound right?
