dizziness and heart racing?

I am 28 weeks tomorrow so I will be joining you all in the third tri! For the past few days I have felt a litte woozy and i feel like my heart is racing. It comes and goes thru the day but it is so annoying. Wondering if this happens to any one else? I know I am exhausted too so dont know if that makes a difference
