laryngomalacia or traciomalacia ???

my LO is making this "wet" snoring sound that comes out of his throat when he breathes, he does it after food, but not only after food... i am really worried, taking him to PEDI on wed (thats the earliest they had open), other symptoms seem to be ok, he is happy, eats, sleeps, pees and poops normal, doesnt seem to be in distress... but that awful sound  

i spoke to pedi on the phone and she said it might be laryngomalacia or traciomalacia and she will take a close look on wed. 

has anyone dealt with that??
