This may be a stupid question, but I saw a thing on Pinterest as a way to help burn fat....
As I'm still working on losing the baby flub I understand now isn't the time to compltely diet or do anything drastic to lose the weight. But the recipe is as follows.
1cup grapefruit juice
1 tbsp honey
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
3x a day right before a meal
Does anyone know if this would be unsafe...I don't know why it would be, but I'm open to tips
