Second time moms. ? for you

This is a really rough question for me to ask cause I don't want to offend anyone, or bring up some back stuff but I think if I don't ask then I won't get any sleep and will stress out worse then I am.

After a trip to the ER last night because of some spotting we discovered that the baby's placenta has slightly torn from my uteran wall, and I am hemrrhaging(Sp) I was just wondering if any of you have gone through this and were still able to carry LO to term, or atleast without losing them (Again I am sorry if I offend anyone, or upset anyone) I was put on bed rest, and to return to my MW ASAP. But I am really just terrified, and stressing out, and the more that I try to calm myself the more I stress. I am a thrid time mom but this has never happened to me.
