how many more sizes can I expect?

Pre-pregnancy I was a 34B. The week of my BFP, I went to a 36C. I am now a 38C (should have actually gotten a new bra/measured WEEKS ago). Not sure if genetics play a role, but my Mom ended up having a breast reduction because she just got so big. How many more bra sizes can I expect to go up in the next 12 weeks and after baby is here? They are already covered in stretch marks   (also, does bio oil work at all for stretch marks???)
