chest pain-anyone else?

I woke up this morning with horrible pains in my chest.  So I tried to lay on the couch to relax hoping it went away- about a hour later it was so bad I was coughing horribly and I was getting short of breath- so I went to my local patient first (like a ER but smaller) and they checked me out.

 

They said it was probably just my muscles in between my ribs were inflamed and sore from my "growing" chest.  They said to just make sure I rest and take it easy. and take Tylenol for the pain.

 

 just curious if anyone who was bustier dealt with this.
