help transitioning.to.ebf from.bottle

My twins were born at 31 weeks and have been.in.the nicu until yesterday (36w+5). They have been getting breastmilk from bottles (i have two.other kids so.making it to.the hospital.at feeding.times.was practically impossible). They latch on, but are lazy (they are slightly better with the bottle). I know to.monitor.pee and poop output, but i.am.afraid to.not give them.the bottle.afyer each attempt b/c.of the preemie.thing (thry already have orders.to get.special.formula 2x a day, which.j.am ignoring.for.now). Nobody was helpful about.it at the hospital either.
