Released from RE!

We had our final RE appointment today and our baby measured in at 8w1d, which is exacly where I am - with a heart rate of 165. Everything looked "perfect" she said. We are so excited!!!

In other news, I am now able to stop my Vivelle estrogen patches! I have been slapping 4 of them on my belly every other day since the end of October...I will not miss scrubbing the sticky residue off my stomach and worrying that I will forget to change them. YAY!

One more month of Prometrium (progesterone) suppositories 3x/day, but I just consider those baby's 'meals.'

We have an OB appointment on Wednesday, and a Midwife appointment on Friday of next week to decide which route we take. We will deliver in a hospital either way. I would like to go from a high-tech conception to a low-tech pregnancy and birth if I can.
