When to stop?

After 5 to 7 mins of pumping my milk stops flowing and I only get about 2 oz combined. Is that when I should stop pumping, or if I keep at it do you think more will come? Curious if its common to have more than one let down. Just don't want to pump longer than necessary in an attempt to save the nips! Ha
