How much to pump?

I'm 5 wks pp now, and I'm planning on starting to build up my freezer supply. How do I figure out how much to pump? I read kellymom.com that the average is 25 ounces per day, but is there a way to find out how much DD is eating in each feeding, in case she's below or above average? I thought I saw in a post at some point that there was a way to figure it out by weighing her. I just don't want to end up setting up supply bags with too much or too little and risk wasting milk.
