XP: Pumping question

My LO will be 2 weeks on Saturday and we have been EBF since day 1. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but everything is going great now! Now that everything is going well, I would like to start pumping so I will have a supply in the freezer for backup. I just don't know how to go about doing it. My LO nurses every 2-3 hours for about 20-30 minutes. When would be the best time to pump? I want to make sure that he will still get enough.
