When did you feed on demand at night?

DD is 11 days old and likes her sleep, so we have to wake her up to eat if it's been 3 hours. I'll ask the pediatrician at our Monday appt, but at what point can/did you switch to feeding on demand at night? I'm not planning to pump/give her a bottle until three or four weeks old to make sure BF is fully established (she still gets fussy at times before she latches), and it would be a dream to sleep 3-4 hours between night feedings if I could.
