Changing Latch

So DD used to have an amazing latch right from the start. Now she is starting to change it. If I get her on with a big mouth she sometimes eats like that, other times she pulls to take less of my areola in her mouth. She never fusses like she isn't getting anything and I know she is because she comes off with a mouth full of milk. But I wonder if I should be adjusting her (this could mean every minute through the feed) or just let her be if she is happy and getting milk. But then I think maybe her lazy latching is why she is slow to feed (30-45 minutes).

I do adjust her if I look and see she only has my nipple in her mouth and no areola at all. But I often leave her alone if she has some areola in her mouth.
