Did you feel different when the baby head was down??

I am just curious if any of you (esp. 3 tri girls!) felt different when the baby turns into the head down position?! 

I have no idea what is the orientation of my baby and I know I don't have to worry about it yet, but I am feeling a bit different past couple of days. I feel more pressure in the lower belly and more movement (Is it baby kicking!?) below my boobs.  Also, baby hiccups happen in the lower belly. 

I have an OB app next week but I don't think they are doing u/s anymore.  How did your OB determine the orientation of your baby?  By feeling the bump?  or u/s??
