Nervous about ultrasound

We're having a 2nd ultrasound today as 2 weeks ago, they didnt think I was as far along as we thought bc there wasn't much to see. I can't shake the nerves about something being wrong (I've lost 2 pregnancies already  around 9 weeks) and since we dont realy know how far along I am, I'm really anxious. Trying to stay calm but man, its hard.

 

Any good thoughts you can share would be awesome.
