MS or stomach flu

So here's a fun game. You think you have the stomach flu. You lay on the couch and moan for 24 hours, then you feel better. You spend all of yesterday fine, and running errands. Then, right before bed, you feel like crap again. You go to sleep knowing you're going to puke...4 hours later, you do. Then 4 hours after that, you have to get up and go to work.

This sucks.
