possible redundant post, but could use your expertise!

I'm mobile bumping right now and the search feature is giving me the middle finger.
So I work in a nursing home and the actual flu has been going around. I'm pretty sure yours truly has caught it. I've got the body aches, chills, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, and fever. My fever was at 100. I took Tylenol. I'm about to go take it again, because I feel like it's gone up again.
I tried to call my ob's office several times, but they're not answering. If Tylenol isn't successful in keeping my fever down, at what point do I go to urgent care or the er for help with managing my fever? I don't want the little bean to get too warm in there!
