Brown discharge

I don't want to be annoying.  I have read that this is a common issue and doesn't mean there is a problem but I would just like to feel comforted by others who are having the same thing.

I have been having some brown discharge yesterday and today.  It isn't a lot.  I had an internal exam last Monday, so it seems a little far out for old blood and I haven't  had sex this week because I have been too sick.  I had a miscarriage a couple years ago that started with brown discharge so I am sick to my stomach about it.

Has anyone else had this too?  How long did it last?
