Labor Signs-First time mom

Hello, this is my first pregnancy. I went to the Dr. yesterday and I'm 2cm dilated, at least 50% effaced and baby is super low, I'm 37.5 weeks and she does not think I'm going to make it to my due date. I lost my mucus plug this morning and I was just wondering with all these factors, I know you can't exactly pinpoint when labor will start, but with your experience when do you think I will start labor? Thank you.
