Should I offer the second breast?

She seems to go through the foremilk quickly then I see the thicker hindmilk and after about 15 minutes it seems to be back to the thinner foremilk again. Should I ever offer the other side or since she's feeding happily from one breast can I just stick to one at a time?

[I'm seeing hindmilk because my let-down is really fast so she pulls away a few times at the breast, especially on my right side and it's obviously different from the beginning milk]
