XP from Oct: Tummy issues, input needed!

So we think LO is having tummy issues, we will call the pedi if it gets to that point but just looking for some advice/input right now.

He is on the Target equivalent of Similac Advance, and was taking about 4 ounces per feeding. Then last week he started getting constipated (dry hard poop), I called the pedi who recommended 1 oz prune juice twice a day for a few days. We did that, he got better so we stopped, and then it came back, so we're still doing prune juice 1x or 2x a day. Today his poop was kinda half hard, half paste-y.

But also in the last week or so LO started spitting up more, and he's also started crying/screaming at the bottle when we try to feed him. It's not for a lack of trying to burp him or anything, and we can tell he's hungry but he just cries and pushes away. He's also eating a little less than he usually does like only an ounce or two at some feedings and then a full bottle at other feedings. And he spits up like a fountain after feedings, it just kinda seems to pour out of him. He doesn't seem to be losing weight, he's about 10lbs. He's also gassy sometimes and is a fussier baby in general.

Would you keep doing the prune juice on the same formula, or should we switch formulas?? Why would he be crying/screaming at the bottle?? How much spit up is cause for concern? TIA for any input!!
