UPDATE XP: anyone up?? UTI?

So obviously I pee a lot since I'm 29 weeks pregnant. But earlier today at work I had an incident or two where I went to the bathroom and about 5 minutes after emptying my bladder I felt like I had to go again, though not much came out. Well I woke up about an hour ago to pee (probably the 3rd or 4th time tonight) and since then I have the constant urge to pee. It's not going away after I go and when I go only a tiny bit comes out even though it feel like I could pee my pants. Is this a UTI? I've never had one. I'll call the doc in the morning just wondering your experiences. I guess I wont be sleeping tonight, just hanging out on the toilet LOL.  edit to update: thanks guys. i ended up calling the doc and because i was also cramping he sent me to L&D. turns out i was having contractions and they gave me meds to stop them. all is ok now and i am home. Urine screen looked ok but culture results wont be in until monday 

she also said caffeine can irritate the bladder?? anyone heard of this?
