My Pooooor Ribs!

I'm 35 weeks, I've been having some pretty major pain in my rib area, on my right side, right underneath my bra line. Occasionally I feel it in my back too, but it is constant in the front. It's just awful! Bruised Ribs maybe? Should I bring this up to my doctor? Any thoughts?
