What to wear?

Long story short, we have scheduled our c/s for later this week. It was not an easy decision as this is considered elective. I never thought I would agree to such a thing before facing the challenges we have in this pregnancy. 

Anyway, I am sure these questions are asked here all of the time. As I started to think about packing my bag, I realized I have zero high waisted underwear or pants. Yikes. I imagine anything rubbing on the incision is going to hurt like hell.

For those of you that have had c/s what did you pack or would you? Also, did you wear the gown mostly. I think I would like to have PJs on most of the time, but I don't know.

Also, anything you want to share about the spinal, pain after, BFing, and healing would be great!
