sick baby weaning??!!

Hi all! 

My DD is 13 months old and has been nursing like a champ since day one.  We have never had an issue and recently she has only been nursing 3-4 times a day.  On Thursday, she had a fever and was just miserably sick, but didn't want to breastfeed, so I gave her a bottle of pumped milk and she drank that fine.

She has not breastfed since Thursday. Every time I try to "hook her up", she turns away screaming, but she takes a bottle of pumped milk without a problem.  I don't know what's going on.  Could it be that it's easier for her to drink from a bottle while she's sick and has a stuffy nose?  Is she trying to wean?  I'm not ready to be done, so I'm going to keep pumping and offering the boob as much as possible. 

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
