Thrush & Nipples

Eloise is 9 days old so we're still new to BFing. I'm not sure if the slight rawness I feel is from the newness of BFing or if it could be thrush.

She has some white on the back of her tongue that doesn't wipe off easily so I'm starting to think it's not just milk residue. I have an appointment for her Friday but I might call the doctor tomorrow and see if they want us to come in earlier to check if it's thrush.

If you had thrush in your nipples what did it feel like/look like?
