Calling all lecithin users

I'm lucky never to have gotten mastitis, but I get plugged ducts very frequently... There have been few days where I've gone the entire day without developing a plug or still working one out. I started taking the lecithin horse pill list night and plan on taking 3 1200mg pills a day. My question for you all is, how long did it take before you saw results? Are you still taking it or have you backed down? TIA!
