Excess lipase question

I haven't fed my newborn breast milk from a bottle yet. She has been EBF and I just started pumping to build a stash yesterday. When I get a full 2 oz from a pumping session, I go ahead and freeze it but if its not enough yet, i put it in the fridge until I have more to combine to it. When I put it in the fridge it immediately separates and looks sort of chunky. Is this normal or a sign of excess lipase?
Is there something I need to do to check for excess lipase before I freeze a ton of it? Am I supposed to taste it? I heard that you need to boil it before freezing if this is an issue and don't want to freeze a ton of "bad milk."
Any advice would be appreciated!
