one side producing more

My son is just over 1 week old, 

during the past 2 days I noticed my right side is smaller and not as full as the left side.

He also fusses and doesn't like to eat off that side...

Is there a way to make it produce more? to catch up tot he other one? i tried  pumping today and couldnt even get an 1/2 oz out of that side

I was thinking of each feeding, have him start with the right side..

then while he's on the left side i can also try to pump the right?
