Sore breasts?

I've been BF for 2 weeks now and everything has been going great up until yesterday. My left breast is extremely sore and tender to touch all of the sudden. There are no warm spots or red spots and I don't have a fever so I don't think it's mastitis but I don't know what else it could be. I am having her feed on that side first and I am manually pumping afterwards to make sure it's empty. Could this be oversupply? Any other suggestions?
