Food restrictions?

What have your docs told you about food restrictions, if anything?  Like lunchmeat, runny eggs, cooking with alcohol?

when I asked my nurse at the re about these she looked at me like I had 3 eyes.....she had never heard of that and said to go on as I normally would. The only thing my re told me not to consume was jack Daniels...lol.  That was on transfer day.  Just curious what you are doing. I'll be honest, I'm eating a cousins sub right now but I feel a little guilty....should I?
