Low Pressure

I am currently 27 weeks and I have been feeling really low pressure.

When I am laying down and then stand up it almost feels like the baby is dropping down.

Then, yesterday when I was sitting in the car, she felt so low that I had a lot of pressure, and it almost felt like she was going to fall out of me, or her foot or something was stuck in a private area (front and back), which I know is impossible.

I have my doctors appt. on Wednesday, but does anyone know what this is?
